People often call me "Nadia the one with the flowers."
The point is that every time times get intense, I dive back into the garden, into the notes, and into the silence that the flowers give me.Nature is undoubtedly a vast door to evolution, where there is no end or method.
Nature is undoubtedly a vast door to evolution, where there is no end or method. I share this with you because it is very necessary and useful to keep it in mind at any point in the week, the season, or life.
For intense and gentle times, flowers always! And for further inspiration please visit my friend´s Katie Hess website and her Lotuswei
Below, I teach you 7 ways to integrate the power of flowers into your life.
May nature continue to inspire us,

Visually
Accompanied by breathing exercises, silence, and contemplation, we can practice looking at a flower for several minutes. It can be through an image, a flower in its natural habitat, a dried flower, or one preserved in a container.
A simple exercise is to relax the body and prepare to silently contemplate the flower we have chosen.
Breathe gently, slowly, and deeply while observing all the details of the flower, its colors, shapes, textures, and everything that catches our attention.
Essential oils
Essential oil is the plant's defense system. It is the purest essence of a flower, a root, a stem, or a tree.Essential oil is used to make various preparations and to balance us energetically, mentally, and physically.
Each flower or plant has various associated properties. The two preferred oils are rose and lavender as they have no contraindications, are exquisite, and have a ton of incredible properties for the body and spirit.

Flower essences
It is a vibrational remedy that first acts at subtle levels, and then its effect can lead to positive results at both physical and emotional levels. There are different methods of preparation. The most important thing is the purity of the flower, the intention of preparation, the quality of the water, and the appropriate dosage according to what we need to harmonize.

Infusions
Chamomile, lemon balm, calendula. Some of my favorites. The flowers of certain herbs have medicinal effects on our bodies. A practice from the past that we sometimes forget to keep alive in our routines.

Food
Certain edible flowers add texture, color, and flavor to our meals.Raw, we can consume them in sweet or savory salads, and in certain cooked preparations, we can also enjoy them as a finishing touch on special or everyday dishes, transforming them into a true ritual.

Creativity + Art
Dried or pressed flowers, bouquets, installations serve to create incredible pieces. From certain types of grasses that we can find on any path, to branches of flowers from some trees, they provide a sense of naturalness and harmony to any open or closed space.

Immersion baths
Along with sea salt and lavender, rose, or geranium oil, fresh (or dried) flowers are spectacular for taking relaxing immersion baths. Calendula, lavender, rosemary, roses, hibiscus, violets, pansies, verbena are the ones I usually add to the water.
